The Windsor Castle Hotel is tucked amongst the East St. Kilda neighborhood. They are known for their trademark Chick Parma. If they are known for their Chick Parma, we decided it was worth a try. The Chick Parma came out on top of crinkle cut french fries and was served with a fresh green salad. The Chick Parma chicken was moist with a thick layer of mozzarella. Defintely give it a try if you are in the neighborhood.
